Volunteers may assist with event setup, registration, attendee guidance, session support, or general event operations.

Shifts typically last 3-4 hours, but we’ll provide a detailed schedule in advance.

Yes! Volunteers will receive event access and a branded t-shirt outside their shift. Event Access will be determined closer to event date

No drinking is allowed during the volunteer window. If you are drinking you will be asked to leave.

Sessions should be 30-45 minutes long, including time for Q&A.

The competition will focus on creativity, presentation, and taste. Specific guidelines will be shared upon acceptance.

Yes, competitors should bring their own ingredients and tools. We will provide ice, spirits, and basic barware if needed.

No, there is no fee to enter the competition.

Be prepared to make small samples for a panel of judges and potentially for event attendees during the tasting segment.
